Who we are
This site is run by Sawyer's Wish, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 87-3311117), 593 Gates St, Doylestown, OH 44230.
Gifts
Gifts are voluntary and support our mission of giving children in the hospital new sheet sets with handwritten notes. We use gifts where they're needed most within that mission. Gifts made to a campaign, fundraiser or event support that effort, and any amount beyond its goal supports our wider work. See our gift and refund policy.
Monthly giving
Color Crew gifts repeat each month on the same day until you change, pause or cancel them at sawyerswish.org/account or by contacting us. Changes take effect from your next gift.
Event tickets
Tickets are for the event, date and venue shown. The part of a ticket price above the value of what you receive is tax-deductible, and your receipt shows the exact amount. Raffle, 50/50 and squares purchases are not tax-deductible, and you must meet the age and location rules for the event to take part.
Fundraiser pages
Organizers create pages to raise money for Sawyer's Wish. All gifts go directly to Sawyer's Wish; organizers never collect or hold money. We review every page and may edit, pause or remove one that doesn't follow our fundraiser guidelines. Organizers under 18 need a parent or guardian's approval.
Notes and content you send
When you send a note, story or photo, you give us permission to share it with the child who receives it and, for stories, on our site and channels. We read every note and may edit or decline any of them. Don't send anything you don't have the right to share, or that names or shows a patient without permission.
Our name and content
Sawyer's Wish® and our logo, illustrations and text belong to us. You're welcome to share our pages and link to us. Please ask before using our name or logo in your own materials.
Accounts
You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
No warranty
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Sawyer's Wish isn't liable for indirect losses from using the site.
