We count our work in kids, not slogans. Here is what your gifts do, how we track them, and every document a donor or company might ask for.
One child. One complete set.
Each gift pays for everything it takes to get a bright set onto a child's bed.
- New sheet set. Bright, kid-chosen patterns, sourced to meet hospital safety and quality standards.
- Note card and packing. A screened, handwritten note, individually packed with the set.
- Delivery. Shipped to the hospital's child life team, who hand it to a child.

Each shipment is recorded by hospital, unit and number of sets, and tied back to the campaign that funded it.
Confirmed by child life
Our hospital contacts confirm receipt, so we only report sets that reached kids.
Reported to donors
Color Crew members and corporate partners get delivery updates. Companies get a written impact report.
